One hourly rate. Every other line is built from it.
Eight charges, the basis for each, and the reason it exists. Two of them are priced above the hourly rate and this page says so rather than hiding it in a session bundle.
Hourly, ad hoc
per hour
The rate every other line on this page is built from. Booked by the hour, minimum two hours.
Full day
per day, 9 hours
Nine hours at 6.50. There is no bundle discount and no bundle premium.
Morning session
per session, 5.5 hours
6.90 an hour, not 6.50. Short sessions cost us the same staffing as a long one, so they are priced higher. Most settings do this and do not say so, which is why it is written here.
Afternoon session
per session, 5 hours
6.90 an hour, not 6.50, for the same reason as the morning session.
Meals and consumables
per day attended
Breakfast, a cooked lunch, two snacks, tea, nappies and wipes. Charged on every day attended, including days covered entirely by funded hours.
Registration
one off
Charged once when a place is accepted. Refunded in full if we cannot offer the start date you asked for.
Late collection
per 5 minutes after 18:00
From 18:05. Two members of staff have to stay, which is what this covers.
Second child
per cent off the second child
Applied to the lower of the two bills, on the unfunded hours only.
