What this site collects
Two forms on this site collect a name, an email address, a phone number and, on the waiting list, a child’s date of birth. Nothing else is collected and there is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third party analytics on any page.
Why
To answer you. A visit booking is used to arrange a visit; a waiting list entry is used to work the list in date order and to contact you when a place comes up.
How long it is kept
A visit booking is deleted three months after the visit. A waiting list entry is deleted when a place is accepted or declined, or twelve months after it was made, whichever comes first.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the setting. Form submissions are delivered by the site host and are not passed to any other party.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of what is held, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time and without giving a reason.
