Fees
Fees are charged monthly in advance and are published in full on the fees page. Notice of a change is given a full term ahead.
Notice
A month’s written notice to end a place, or to reduce booked days. Days added are subject to the ratio in the room on the day.
Absence
A booked day is charged whether or not the child attends, including illness. The one exception is a day we cannot staff to ratio, which is not charged.
Late collection
Charged from 18:05 at the rate published on the fees page. It is not a penalty; two members of staff have to stay.
Funded hours
Funded hours are claimed termly and are subject to the funding body’s own rules, which change and are outside our control. The calculator on this site is illustrative and is not a quotation.
