The report, including the two actions raised.
Published in full rather than summarised to a grade, because the useful part of an inspection is what it found and what changed afterwards.

The two actions, and what changed.
Action one: record keeping on the outdoor risk assessment.
The climbing frame’s fall zone was raked daily and checked daily. Neither was written down. It is now signed off on paper each morning by whoever opens, and the sheet lives on the hook by the garden door where a parent can read it.
Action two: two-year progress checks issued late.
Three of eleven checks went out beyond the term they were due. All eleven were completed and none were missing; they were slow. Key persons now write them in the same fortnight as the child’s birthday rather than at the end of term.
A grade is a summary of a two-day visit eighteen months ago. What it found, and what happened next, is the part that tells you something.
